By accessing and using Cartoon It, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 13 to use Cartoon It. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. Comics of a child are welcome — but the photo must be uploaded by their parent or guardian, as set out in section 4.
You agree NOT to use the service to:
Your Content: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. You must have the right to use every photo you upload, and the permission of anyone recognisable in it — or, for a child, the permission of their parent or guardian. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to it.
Other People’s Characters: Cartoon It creates original characters only. Do not ask for comics based on characters, logos or costumes owned by someone else; requests naming them are refused, and you may not use anything produced here in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Generated Content: We claim no ownership of the comics you generate, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to Google Gemini's terms. Because the images are AI-generated, their copyright status is unsettled in many jurisdictions; we make no warranty that the output is protectable or exclusive to you.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the AI generation will be perfect or error-free. AI art can be unpredictable; by using this service, you acknowledge that results may vary.
What you receive: the number of pages shown on the plan you bought, as watermark-free PNG files and an A4 PDF, downloadable in your browser as soon as payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship and nothing arrives by post.
Refunds: because you preview your comic free before paying, and the files are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the download has been unlocked. Two exceptions, and we will honour both:
Email contact@cartoonit.art within 30 days of purchase with the email address you paid from. We aim to reply within two business days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rekto Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Cartoon It. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase the claim relates to.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country, and nothing limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If you believe something produced or published here infringes your copyright or trademark, email contact@cartoonit.art with the words “IP complaint” in the subject. Tell us what the work is, where you saw it, how to reach you, and confirm you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We investigate every report and remove infringing material.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Changes are not retroactive — the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, or of your right to bring a claim there.
